On taking your instructions you will be assigned a case manager who will handle your case from start to finish. Following an initial consultation you will be given advice on the following:

	The merits of the claim against you
	Legal costs of defending the claim
	Likely costs payable to you if you are successful
	Likely compensation payable by you if the claimant is successful
	Possibility of settling the claim

If you decide to defend the claim we will inform the Tribunal, claimant and ACAS we are representing you. We will obtain witness statements, organise documents, prepare the case and represent you at the Tribunal.

We can also represent your company at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
